You have to pull the tank unless you want to cut the chassis under the seat,
which will weaken the structure unless you frame it. Mine was leaking from the plastic nozzle the hose connects to. Popped a hole in it, so it would only leak when running. IF it's a SEAL, they don't leak all the time. That will leak when the tank is full, and going around bends, take-offs and stops. Once the fuel gets to a certain level, it won't leak, but you would still get odor. The hole in the sending nozzle will leak every time the car is running. |

I'm getting no codes. I only smell it after a long drive, and only about once a month. I'll see if it corresponds to a full tank.

This was how mine was leaking, and it was all over the side of the tank, and I got spots on the ground. The video shows a pressure test, they were pumping air into the tank, and you can see the pisser leak. |
