Well, that's what insurance is for. Forget worrying about a decent price, don't you want it fixed right? Back to looking perfect? I'd want the best body shop in town.

Wish you were in CA brother. I own a couple paint and body shops in SoCal. Wish I could help you out my man. Best of luck

This ^

Sorry this happened, that’s a pretty hard hit. It’s not like they bumped you and didn’t know...they knew they hit it.

See I've thought of that, trust me lol it was definitely the first thing that crossed my mind.... thing is... my deductible is $500... and on top of that with out another driver, police report.. or even a location or when it happened... insurance will see it like as if I hit something myself... insurance will probably go up... the other option I saw.. is a replacement , although cheapest one I've seen is around $450(pre-painted) or around $250(primed only)

I appreciate it bud, I'm actually suppose to cruise down to the bay area in January, that's where I grew up. I still have family down so i figured a nice road trip getaway sounds nice. I'm not too sure how far you are from there, but man, for whatever reason I still dont have it fixed around that time. I'd definitely be down to hit you up

My insurance charged 200 for hit and run on front drivers side. No points to insurance either.

Looks like someone with a trailer hitch pegged you.

Sorry that happened. People can be lousy. I'm in e-tx and have a similar issue with my bumper so feel your pain

I'd say you're exactly right. Same thing happened to me once, came home from a golf outing and found this... I was so pissed (and drunk) that it took me an hour to realize my truck was missing from the parking spot right in front of it. Then I remembered I had given my dad the keys to it the day before so he could move some stuff from his house. I called him up and he immediately confessed, apparently he didn't want to tell me until after I had put my golf clubs away and calmed down. lol That was the last time I let that old fart touch any of my vehicles!
