Great numbers and we will definitely keeping track of this build. Just curious about 795 hp numbers, You are adding 20% drivetrain loss to the tires to get the 795?

Are you guys using the stock exhaust manifolds or does your kit include new ones?

This kit utilizes the stock manifolds. We could design tubular versions like we do on the C6 but the cost would go up considerably. To be honest, IMO, we are making more than enough power for 95% of our potential customer base as it is

To be honest, I just used whatever % it lost from the factory rating of 426 to the 369rwhp it made at the tire.

HTA GT3076R for sure. Quickest spool and you will still have enough air-flow for high 600s at the wheels like the graphs I posted

Jeff

Please no disrespect at all. In fact after looking at this turbo kit I am very interested in even selling an installing. Numbers are great. I just want to be sure for two reasons that I understand the numbers.

1. Being educated is the only way to be. Honest answers and honest numbers. I want to be able to back up exactly what I say to our customers.

2. If this is industry standards the by all means I want to be able to converse this way with customers. We too do custom cam builds, forced induction etc.

I am just trying to do the math. 369 at tires from 436 flywheel is just 15.5 % drivetrain loss. (????)

AMAZING KIT AND NUMBERS

I saw this kit in person and during its R&D period... IPS built the kit on my C6Z06 and I can say that the quality of this product is second to none.

I bought my wife a new Camaro a couple of months ago and she wanted to keep it stock for the warranty period, but after seeing this kit I have been twisting her arm.

What I loved about it was that it was a true bolt on kit... connected up to stock manifolds and the stock exhaust system!

Every time I am in the shop I look at this kit on the test car and drool....

AMAZING KIT AND NUMBERS
I am not sure there is a "Standard" for flywheel #s but if there is I will certainly use it. I have seen 18% and 20% thrown around a lot but I just used whatever the % of factory loss was. Might not be what everyone else uses but that is what I used. If anything I thought it would be a little on the conservative side...

Regardless, that is why I posted the actual rear-wheel HP numbers so you can use whatever % you want on getting what it is making back at the engine. I used the online SAE correction number (689) instead of the 663 only because our dyno thinks it was 35% humidity yesterday instead of 81-82% which throws off the correction factor. Normally we don't bother as it is pretty close but stupid humid days like yesterday throws the #s way off. For example, we dynoed a stock 2010 6-speed Challenger SRT8 right after the TT Camaro that only made 33Xrwhp. We have another one coming in Monday that will make 20+rwhp more than that on a "Normal" day when it isn't 100 degrees in the shop.

This seems like the most promising kit that I have seen....I cant wait to hear more, see some more pics and hopefully videos....and see what pricing is. Another huge plus is you guys are located in Columbus which is within driving distance of western PA!!!

Great job!

figures you'd be one of the people lined up to get this kit.

your car is SICK. I was lucky enough to see it while I was there getting tuned.

ha.. yeah... eric was showing me it. I remember picking the turbo up... that is one hefty mofo. I still can't get over the injectors for that thing.... that's just crazy.

Is it going to be ready for st. louis for the lsx shootout this year? if so, I can't wait to see it!
