This is definitely true of the 2015. I'm pretty sure that the 2014 is the same.

Thanks...but can someone also answer my first question...Please. If I remove the SS from the front grill on a 2014 2SS will it just look like the other side of the grill where there is no SS? or is there some type of indentation or somehting from where the SS was installed?

I'm beginning to think no 1 can answer this question. Once you take the SS it is not like the other side.
But they sell a black flat insert that goes over where you removed the SS.

Bowtie and ss emblem rear is adhesive tape, bowtie front and ss emblem front are held in by clips. Took a hour tops to remove all and wipe down whatever adhesive glue left. Be careful not to scratch or chip paint. I did at the rear with Bow tie.

Yup. It's a slightly different procedure with a heritage grille, but well worth it.
