Squash E85 Fuel System With Heartbeat

The system will be installed at Mullinex Raving Engines in Simi Valley CA!
http://www.mullenixracingengines.com

What do you predict squashes best fuel setup and E-85 will put down on the dyno with the mod list below pre-existing on the vehicle? We will be posting dyno results once the kit is installed! Stay tuned.

Update!!! Fuel system has arrived and installation will be taking place this upcoming weekend followed by tune on the 15th!

Hopefully you have Rods and pistons. Also the ID850 will be to small on E85 if you push it much.

Injectors will be upgraded to either FIC or ID's at 1000's or larger!

It is really going to depend on boost level.

At 17 psi if the combo is right it will make 850 RWHP.

Do you think its safe to run over 10psi on otherwise stock internals? I was hoping for 13psi..

I abused my stock bottom end motor with 19psi with the lsa on e85. never had an issue. it's all in the tune!

With E-85 you have way more head room than you would on 93

I would have no issues with running 14-15 psi on E-85

But you must also accept that you are still on stock internals and if you can't afford to break it put your greed for power aside until you can..

Ted.

I wish we had 93 octane out here in southern California!! Im stuck with 91 trying to push whatever I can conservatively. I can certainly afford a rebuild I just have had my faith in my tuner thus far, hoping the stock block withstands this last round of mods! Maybe Ill drop one pulley size and see what that will produce..

Breathe! I was @ 13 for years on E-85. You'll be fine. Just don't do like I did and miss a shift, over rev and destroy a lifter......
