All bulbs out!
yes, I searched this for awhile first..
thought it was just my left rear turn signal bulb, but all 3 bulbs including reverse in the left rear went out ! I removed the bulbs and they LOOK fine. I could swap with right later tonight or DMM to verify. is there easy access to check for a loose harness or connector in the trunk? or has anyone seen this before and know a quick fix? also, no DIC info about this at all. only noticed when I got the quick flashing on turn signal. thanks! |

no fuse. just 3 bulbs went out at once!
I backup to my garage door everyday so this was not gradual. Weird!! |

Did you put something heavy with sharp corners in your trunk recently?

Seems odd
The harness passes through the body behind the right side lights.
There aren't any connectors behind the bumper, the wires for the lights just split off of the harness where needed.

Might very well be your BCM. When this unit starts to go, the lighting does start acting weird.

You might be covered under Warranty, If worst comes to worst, you can disconnect the wires from the left rear, run the wire for back up to the right back up, do the same for the Brakes and for the dir, you can pair it with the front dir.

thanks for the advice, all!
so far the lights are continuing to work after bulb swap. didn't see anything foul in the trunk that would indicate damaged harness, but will be aware. I was thinking if bulbs do go out again like that, most likely a short somewhere; harness, BCM, etc. |

I have owned since it was 2 years old with only 2k miles on it.
you know, that was a brilliant thought! previous owner installed a 3rd brake light flasher. I did check and all of those bulbs work, but wonder if it is messing up the circuit somehow. |

The 3rd brake light has a dedicated harness behind the passenger side rear window. All flasher/pulsing units on the marker require cutting/splicing into it (except for the GEN5DIY which is plugNplay which is the one I have). Hard to imagine how even if you fubared the cutting/splicing it could affect the driver side rear lights You would think if that was the problem it would surface right away.
