So I was driving to my dorm to get something I forgot and this asshole tries to cut me off and ended up crashing into me from the oncoming lane because he couldn't pass me. Then he gets out of his car and punches me! I defended myself but unfortunately since he wasn’t strong enough to leave a mark, the police couldn’t do anything about it. God bless the people that make this car! Stay safe out there guys and always have a dash cam! I will be installing my own tomorrow. Also are my stripes going to have to be redone? And should I sue for lost value? Also if you guys have any other advice, I would be happy to take it.

Since the guy was a dick to sucker punch you for something he did wrong.... I would get to a doctor about that awful pain you have been having in your neck & lower back. Then have the doctor estimate what it's going to cost in physical therapy for the next 2 years. Then make it part of the settlement with the jerks insurance company Of course you will be in constant pain & awful agony so you need to be compensated for this too.

Maybe throw in some sexual problems that the accident created and how your wife had an affair because you couldn't satisfy her.....or something like that!

I had some dude try to pass me on a narrow single lane highway loop a few years back that ended up bouncing off the barrier walls like 10 times because he thought he was Dale Jr. Needless to say I was lucky I was in front of him because he caused a major delay for Morning commuters in rush-hour when he murdered his car... lol
