so I posted my Vortech V3si supercharger and was contacted by Ronald Broach, wanting to buy it. sorry I don't know his screen name. anyway, I shipped it out at a cost of $300 and sent him tracking numbers. the tracking shows delivered and he went and submitted a paypal claim, claiming he didn't receive it, even after the tracking shows delivered. iv tried to e-mail and call him with no reply. supercharger was sent on the 11th and received on the 20th of this month. anyone know this guy? if not be aware of selling him anything..plus he got as killer deal for $3500 shipped. that was the whole kit, including 3 extra pulleys,catch can setup and injectors.

If I was a F'ing thief like Ronald I would have to get rid of every mirror in my house. I wouldn't be able to look at myself. How people can steal from others and live with that is beyond me.

You should be able to dispute the claim with the tracking number. I don't see how paypal could argue with a $300 shipping cost that was confirmed delivered at his address.

Id post up phone number and home address if this doesn't get resolved in your favor.

I live 2.5 hours from Dublin & have a couple of friends that live in Dublin & are heavily involved in the local car scene. I will alert them to keep an eye out for him & to post his location on the forum once spotted. We will help you get to the bottom of this...one way or another.

If you have his actual address, try calling the local police to see if there's anything they can do?

If you used paypal, transfer the funds out ASAP. That way you make sure have the money.

they will still come after you for the cash if it goes bad

any time you ship something no matter what get a signiture added

If he is saying he never received it, I'm more than sure paypal can contact the shipping company with the tracking number and verify it was delivered to the right address and how/where it was delivered. Shipping companies usually document all of that stuff for their records should someone try and say they didn't receive an item that they clearly did.
