Ordered a set of Weld Ventura 5 beadlocks on Wednesday and my first rim arrived Saturday. Daughter signed for the FedEx delivery so I did not get to speak with the driver. Confused as to why I only received one wheel, should have checked tracking info, I sent them an email at 11 am. By 11:39 am I had a response and answer. Second rim arrived Sunday at 1:30ish. Rims look awesome and we’re well packaged. Just wanted to share this experience concerning their excellent customer service.
