We bought the Camaro convertible for days we don't want to ride the bikes.

I bet your friends love you! That's why it's best to know someone with a boat. You get all the benefits, without the headache. My dad's has been a huge PITA since he bought it in 1994. I'd never ever buy one! Maybe a Jetski, but that's all.

we got lucky with our '79 Riviera custom skiboat.
in '94 we replaced the original Mercury outboard with the Yamaha and it's been nothing but a blessing for our family.
family vacations, all the kids wanted to come along, no outrageous amusement park costs, no restaurant food, and everyone has to help clean the boat at the end.

What about the obvious choice?
Take the Camaro TO the boat?
Enjoy BOTH.

Since I have no convertible it's an easy choice for me, it's fishing/boating..

Love my Camaro, and would love to own a boat.

That said, I have many friends who have boats, and I know how much they spend on gas whenever they take it out. So... I love a boat, but I don't love it that much.

I have 2 kayaks and a small fishing boat at my camp ground. No worries about expensive maintenance or gas costs with any of those (the fishing boat is powered by just an electric motor). My vert Camaro takes me there most every weekend from May through October.

I tried that. ...a few years ago I went to the marina where my brother had his boat slipped. It was Mothers Day. We bbqd some steaks. My brother showed me the boat I own now....it was for sale. Few hours later I was driving home with my wife wondering WTF did I just do? To this day it's still the most expensive steak I've ever had.
