I'm actually considering doing black CF hood spears and side javelins. I was wondering how it would look on darker cars like black or the AGM.

One of my pictures above (2nd from the bottom) has a Carbon Fiber Hood painted black to make it look like Carbon Fiber Rally Stripes (but you get the idea of what it would look like with Carbon Fiber Rally Stripes)

You picked that color blue for a reason, instead of changing to another color you might not be thrilled with, "Toughen Up" what you already have. Get a decent airbrusher to paint some smoke and skulls on the blue hood spears.. paint your brake calipers blue, for the love of GOD please paint the chrome part of your Bowtie black.. and while you still have the airbrusher, add some smoke and skulls to the blue part of the bowtie. Thatll serve to darken it up quite a bit, make it tougher, but still the color that reprsents you underneath it all. Maybe some blue Halos.. (but not while driving!!)
Theres always alternatives, it just depends what direction you want to go.

What about get some matte black stripes but put a blue pinstripe around them? That would change the look and it's not that common. Then get some AAC sidemarker and afterburners

Don't know what your price limit is, but MPD1 Z Force Hood would look awesome.
