The Kevin Morgan "Trans Am" Concept to me looks 1000 times better than the ASC version.. I'm glad both are doing this. We'll have to see how they both look side by side

GM can't sue because they don't have permission to use the name "Trans-Am" anymore:

"The name also caused controversy because it was used without permission from the SCCA, who threatened suit. GM settled the dispute by paying US$5 to the SCCA for every car sold. When the Trans-Am was last seen, model year 2002 Firebirds were in use. Firebirds were used in the IROC Series until it folded after the 2006 season."

So Pontiac couldn't make a "2010 Trans Am" even if they WERE still alive.

Well its different. I can say that but I like different. You really won't see many of these driving around. I would actually be interested in somthing like this because I am a TA fan. I know its not a real one but its as close as its going to get from here on out.

This is as close as Pontiac fans will be able to have a 2010 Firebird... let them have their dream! We all know it's really a Camaro, and they were always cousins anyway.

It's the same thing with Cuda lovers buying Challengers and having them modified.

I don't know why these rumors keep circulating. The trans am has already been claimed as dead. Also, you do know that the trans am was a pontiac, right? yeah, pontiac is dead if you forget. They won't be coming back. End of story. Btw, the concept looks lame.

You'll go out and spend all kinds of money on this crazy kit just to have someone say "Hey look, A trans am. Ho no, never mind it's just one of those fake ones."
