YES this is a complete cat back exhaust! i am sorry but i got a shipping quote and its gonna be 100 to ship so i will need 650... this exhaust sounds bad a$$ for anyone wondering... I have 3 ppl that say they want it and will pay tomorrow but the 1st to pay will own this nice exhaust..
