P015B, P015D, P0420 Codes

Just installed headers with hi-flow cats. Had the car out for two short rides and no codes, shifting at 3000 rpms max. Took it out tonight and passed another car going slow, again shifting at 3000 rpms. Got to the light and CEL is on, get home and scan the codes...P015B lean to rich bank 1 sensor 1, P015D lean to rich bank 2 sensor 1 so obviously it went lean. Also got P0420 for the cat but I was expecting that one.

Was going to drive the car 33 miles to get tuned after installing a 10% pulley but now I'm concerned. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Just did some research...seems I got the code because the O2 sensors have been moved and not necessarily a lean condition. Still would like to know if driving it on the highway for 33 miles is going to be an issue.
