Sir Nuke, thanks for all of your information on this. I was going to look around here in Ohio locally to get this done, but the quality and price to send to your shop can't be beat.

One question - I have the two-tone tan interior on my RS, does anyone have pics of this being done yet?

Got mine back from Pam yesterday. Put them in last night and they look great. I had to purchase the extra headrests also, but man, I think it's worth it. I did the Scorch Yellow interior panels several months ago and that little bit of yellow on the seats really adds a lot IMO.

Why did you need extra headrests? They couldn't just do your original headrests?

Did you have to re-stitch the headrest cover after re-installing? For the cloth headrest....

He has an SS, which already has embroidered headrests as you know, he bought a set of BEAR V6 headrests so that he could have or add a custom touch to his car....SUCH AS, lets say you have a SS/RS your headrests still have WHITE SS's on them, some guys wanted to have RED SS's on the headrests....which is what Chevy should have done in the first place.

NO, you don't have to UN-stitch anything to get them off or on.

Yep, Nuke hit the nail(s) on the head. lol

Pretty easy job all the way around. And it adds a really nice touch of color to the seats.

eta: I found the plain leather headrests on ebay for $35.00. So it ended up being a pretty cheap cosmetic mod.

Thanks to all you guys (especially Teccboxx), I'm sending my black leather headrest covers to Pam early next week for an "RS" logo for my new red jewel 2011 Camaro RS - why didn't Chevy do this for that $1,500 RS option price??

Has anyone found a custom embroidery shop in San Diego that does this work?

I've been waiting to see pictures of your headrest posted! I'm seriously thinking about doing it myself. Yeah I also did the scorch yellow panels too, and would love to see how the headrest would look
