Winter Storage/ Garage Rental

So the last few years I've had a Camaro I've used my grandparents garage to store the car since they winter in the south. They may not be going south this winter, or for as long as usual, so I'm wondering if anyone has ideas of where I could get other storage? What do others do? I'd just keep it home but I "borrow" the garage from my Dad and I can't really make him park outside in our super cold winters. Ideas anyone??

Not to be a prick, but if you have the money for a ZL1, why not a house?

On a side not there are tons of self storage places that will fit a car ...

Store my ZL1 in my garage at the apartment, tucked up against a wall w/ tarp down w/ carpet squares, tires psi @ 50, fresh oil change, 1/4 tank w/ stablilze in it, and ran it 15min with the temps in normal operating before I parked it. Oh, and a car cover of course and a battery tender.

It's been like that since June 15th due to my deployments in Afghanistan, I'll be home in two weeks to let you know how it worked out!

In regards to storage, i'm sure alot of storage places wouldn't mind letting you "see if it fits" to help make a sale for them for the winter. There are even some climatized storage units that will keep her at "room temp" too.
