Misaligned (stock) Intake box
I was checking out my engine (actually looking for the source of a hiss I’m hearing) and I noticed the CAI box is not seated flush with the bumper. In the pics you can see the foam stuff when it shouldn’t be visible, plus you can clearly see the corners are not matching up. How do I fix it/properly seat it, and can I do it without conpletely removing the intake system?

Relax, its fine. Its a duct for cooler air from behind the front clip. Its not the the Throttle Body.
