High Rise Wing

Anyone installed any high rise wings on their 5th Gen? I am trying to figure out if the ZL1 1LE wing will fit on the 5th gen. Not perfect fit bit can be mounted and useable.

Would be interested in seeing other options everyone else is doing on their 5th gen.

Not a ricer since it is functional.

I have installed it on the ZL1 1LE we sold. It will take some mount fabrication but it should fit.

What roads are you traveling that the spoiler will do any bit of good?

Well. It’s mostly for cosmetic to be honest. But still serves some function lol

Nice. Looks very good.

I just got the Carbon Creations Concept 2. It’s used and installing today.

Got it for a good deal. Worst comes to worst I just drilled holes on my trunk, putty it up, and the wrap it.

I would like to put the GM high wing spoiler on my 2010 SS for some old school downforce coolness.

Omg. I just did the install today. Took several hours trying to perfect the bracket so it’s all flushed.

No luck. Ended up scratching the trunk. RIP. But so far it looks pretty solid. Hopefully it doesn’t fly right out

From the sound of it, all the picture will contain is a trunk lid that appears to have been beaten with a claw hammer after having a few random holes drilled in it and a 4' tall spoiler that may or may not be attached correctly.

Since everyone is being judge mental without actually seeing the car. Here are some bad photos. It’s dark outside. I plan on doing a shoot once I get the new wheels and lowered which happens tomorrow.

So weekend shots are to come.
