I have the borla s type setup. If I had to do it again id stay away from borla. At about 2500 rpms you get a very noticeable drone. The supposed fix is a J pipe sold by solo which I had installed for about another 250 including install. Look into solo they sell a nice ajustable setup.

Personally I don't remember a drone in that range or really any range for that matter. That goes for when it was just exhaust, then adding headers, then adding a cam. Then again I drive with my windows down as long as it is not pouring rain so maybe that makes it so I don't hear it? I am also used to drone from a straight piped, Honda Accord V6 with a turbo, which had terrible drone, but fun enough to be worth it. Maybe that's why I just don't seem to notice any drone in the Camaro.

Did you feel the car was pretty loud? Deep? Drone? Just trying to get everyone's opinion that has personally had the exhaust.

I saw that as well, but from what my understanding is the atak is supposes to be their loudest most aggressive sounding system.

So I decided to go ahead and chop off my 40s and go with straight pipe no resonators or cats. I have to say I couldn't be happier the car sounds amazing!
