She's running like a champ right now. I'm going to get her on the dyno finally to see what she's putting down soon. I also have a few winter mod plans, so I'll be posting as they are installed.
In the mean time, here's a picture that someone snapped of me leaving a Cars and Coffee event recently.

Sometimes in life there's moments you just can't miss because you can't believe that they happen. Sunday November 17, 2019 was a day that I will talk about for years to come. A child, Alec Ingram 14 years old, was laid to rest after fighting for multiple years with a very are bone cancer. He was a true car enthusiast through everything. A few weeks prior to the 17th Alec was brought home with the grim news that it was near the end. He was granted a final wish and his wish was that he would be escorted to his final resting place by sports cars. When that wish was asked Sydneys Soldiers Always, an organization named after another childhood cancer child lost, reached out to the St. Louis, MO area car community to see if some people would be willing to escort Alec. Needless to say the response was overwhelming. Approximately 4,600 cars, trucks, motorcycles, and everything in-between from as far out as California to Florida and thousands from the St. Louis area came out to give Alec one last ride, one last cruise, and one thunderous engine rev dedication. I am glad to say that the SSHARK was able to participate and give one last cruise to one kid that loved cars. Here is a link to the Good Morning America article covering some of the events. Also, here is the link to the Facebook page dedicated to the event. There's discussion of an annual benefit car show to support childhood cancer research and help others kids like Alec not have to pay the ultimate price for a terrible disease if anyone is interested in participating in a great car show in the future. Rest in peace Alec. #teamalecforever #sportscarsforalec

It's been a while since I've updated here and no need for concern, I still have the SSHARK and she's doing quite well.
I recently put some Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires on all 4 corners as I had 7 years and 30k+ miles on my tires. On the way to the tire shop she got some extra tread used off of the tires because the tread was paid for so why not get all of the use out of it? I FINALLY ordered another mod which should be here in 3 weeks. I'm super excited and can't wait to install it. All I'll say for now is that she's going to get a little more rowdy. So until then here's a picture I took the other day of the SSHARK. Almost 11 years old and still sexy! #gottalovethatblue

If you don't see me coming, you'll definitely HEAR me coming!
Thanks to Noweeds for the electric exhaust diverters. They're a little pricey, but totally worth it! Of course, what's a post about diverters without a sound clip? Noweeds RULE!!!

It's been a crazy last 6 months. New job, new home in a new state, but things are looking up. The day we listed our old house someone hit and ran my car in an Applebee's parking lot. Thankfully the damage is very minor, but I'll probably have to redo my front bumper cover again. Another bummer is that Tennessee has someone that has my license plate. So the one I've had for 2 states so far will have to be replaced with another one. Thankfully I came up with one that I think will still work well.
On a positive note, I ordered one of my few remaining planned mods. Unfortunately it won't get shipped until April 5th because of being back ordered, but if you've never ordered from www.coloradospeed.com you should check them out. This is my second purchase from them and their customer service is awesome! I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for mods. I'll be sure to post the new mod when it comes in. Until then here's a picture I took this morning:

I enjoyed reading again the note about the cruise for the young man with the rare cancer... Kudos to all involved...

Thanks! She's a labor of love and never fully done.
Thanks! The Sports Cards for Alec was truly something incredible to be part of. The club who reached out to the local car community hoped to get a few dozen cars. They never expected 4,500 from coast to coast attending. Mind blowing the turnout!

Well I finally got my latest upgrade, a Hurst pistol grip shifter handle. Out with the old and in with the new! One of the coolest features is that if I choose to dial the car up a couple notches there's a replacement piece for one of the side pieces that allows for 2 buttons to be utilized and maintain the look. Could be a line lock, nitrous, trans brake, etc.
