Walked in the garage and looked at it. Then looked at my M228 wheels, looking lonely in their individual boxes. Then looked at my (4) 275/40zr20 DWS06 tires that showed up today, wishing they were on the wheels and installed on the car. Sad, rainy day in Northern Utah...

Nice looking ride. Yeah we got a boatload of rain yesterday. But we needed it. It's been over 2 months since the last rain and that one wasn't so much.

Thanks. It was a lot, once we hit Vegas, had to detour around a couple of flooded areas; but I never complain about the rain, like you said, we needed it.

Right on. FedEx delivery dropped off a set of 315/30 tires for me and I hope to get them mounted and balanced this weekend. I’ll be ordering my first set of tire stickers soon sometime between now and Black Friday perhaps.

Where are you getting your tire stickers? I was thinking of getting some red continental stickers in a 3/4” or 1” font to bring out the red pinstripes on the commemorative stripe. I left work a little early today and talked Discount Tire into staying open late for me....

BLU DUCE AKA=Spike III Build

Ordered a new show and go license plate holder from PFYC today. I had one before and sold it cause I bought the Jab Fab one to replace it. I took the Jab Fab off and put it on my 1992 show truck.

So I needed a new one.

Yorkim off of Amazon. $10 for a set of 10. Haven't had any issues yet. They're only a 3 chip light so I may look into something brighter.

Looks much better!
I'm running those too in plain aluminum.
The wheel centers are so much smaller than the 5th gens I went ahead and painted the rotors hub centers red to match the brake calipers.

After 3 days of rain, my granddaughter and I got out and washed and detailed it. So glad she's such a big car enthusiast and likes hanging out with her grandpa, not to mention how big a help she is ..
