Heres what I got and a link to order it:
http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/camaro-rs-grille.html I think it looks pretty good, and don't worry if the picture looks wrong, the website has it upside down for some reason. Obviously I got the black, but I'm not sure what the polished looks like. Let me know if you have any questions about it. |

That matches really well with the heritage. Nice choice.

Thanks to everyone who left comments! It's the Street Scene grille and they make it for both the V6 and V8 in cut out and overlay styles.

lwer heritage grill
Is the color of the black lower billet grill a perfect match to the heritage grill? and does the grill fit perfect or do you have to do modifications to get it to fit right?

I will try to get some clear close ups to better give you a feel for how they compare. The fit of the lower grille is very good. For the cut out style you have to remove the front fascia of the car, but you have to do the same for the heritage grille, so I did both at the same time. The fascia can be somewhat flexible without the grille in position, so it can be a bit of a challenge to get the grille just where you want it, which is why I had my dad help me out with it. Another thing to consider is for the cut out you need to drill through some of the tabs that hold the stock grille in place. These tabs are on the back side of the fascia and are not visible from the front, or once the grill is installed, so don't worry about that. The grille does come with everything needed to mount it if you decide to go this route. As I said, I will try to get those pictures for you soon, and in the mean time if you have any more questions keep them coming. |

OK, here are the pics, maybe not the best, but I think they'll do. I know my car is dirty but I have been going through an ordeal trying to get an interior trim kit installed so my door panels have been off the car for about three weeks and I can't drive it.
Anyway, I hope these help! For the best comparison, look inside the areas I circled because that's where I took the time to rub off the dirt. |

That looks really good! I'll order mine so it can go on the same time my Heritage grille goes in. Thanks for the review and pics!
