ZL1 Pedals... Myth or What?

Okay, so for me... I am a bit skeptical about all of the posts concerning quicker acceleration, more HP and Torque on any given bolt on mod.
When it came to replacing the SS Pads and Accelerator Assembly with the ZL1 Pads and Accelerator Assembly, all I wanted was the ZL1 Pedal look. But I had read somewhere that there was some acceleration difference from others that have done this swap. Again, I paid it no mind... but, I seem to feel a difference as well.

Am I crazy? Or can someone please verify that swapping an Accelerator Pedal doesn't make any difference?

I hear if you swap the passenger seat it gives more down force on right turns.

You didn't specify what you are swapping in its place. 😤

Aftermarket seats are much lighter for the most part, so if you only switch out the passenger side, and leave your super heavy electric driver's seat in place.....if you are a heavy driver, for sure, you will feel a difference on right turns, and left ones.

I wouldn't call it more downforce. More like lopsidedness.

🔥🚬....💨💨

If you heel and toe, shoe choice, and practice, will play a more integral role in reduced laptimes.

As for simply stomping on the accelerator pedal, and hoping to go quicker with a different model accelerator pedal, you are mad

They are the same pedal, however it is possible that the resistance on the pedal could be different. Thus changing the feedback to the ECM
