Question for fellow Houston, TX members - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I was in midtown last night (Saturday) at a bar. As I was leaving the bar, I see a red 2010 Camaro with a Z28 sticker across the back in black lettering sitting in front of the bar. And across the door paneling also. I wanted to wait around to see who the perpetrator was but at almost 2am, it's time to get with a woman, and not wait around to see who was driving it. So has anyone else that lives in Houston---have you seen this car?

I live in Houston, and up until yesterday had only seen one other Camaro on the road. But it wasn't that one. Yesterday we had 5 of these bad boys (or girls) on a road trip that was awesome...

Kind of wonder what is going on with the red one you saw, maybe someone else will have seen it or know more about it...

A buddy of mine just spotted this car in the Friendswood area. He didn't see the wheels but definitely noticed the reflective Z28 badging.

Yes it did. A buddy of mine was like, "that's a nice Z28!"....I told him no sir, that is not a Z28 lol.

I'll keep an eye out to see if I spot it. I live in the Southeast area like Friendswood. So far I have only seen 1 Camaro on the road, near work off of 1960. I would think if I see it, it would stand out.

Not sure if it was the same one but I was at Hobby Airport about a week ago and saw a Victory Red Camaro with "Z28" plastered all over it (i.e. the sides, back, windows) parked in the airport garage. I must admit that I was fooled and thought to myself, "How the heck did they get a Z28??"

There was another post with pictures of a red one that had attached a Z28 badge on it. Possibly it was in the picture posting area, can't remember.

Also everyone - There is a Houston Camaro Club that is small but we are trying to get more people to join. We have a meeting scheduled on 8-22 if anyone is interested, keep an eye out for the details. We have been on one road trip already, it was awesome!!! Only 5 Camaro's, all 2010, but it was sweet with everyone all driving together!!! Check it out!!!

Ok, let's see if this works. Here is the link showing the pic of the red one with the Z28 badge. The poster states he is located in "South Texas", so I have no idea if this is the same one or not. No one mentioned if the one seen in the above posts had stripes, but this one does.

That doesn't look like the one I saw. I can't remember if it had the white stripe but I do remember very prominent "Z28" stickers on the lower part of the doors. I want to say the sticker was a goldish color or something. Looks like we've got another poser out there unless this dude truly went overboard and ordered up some fancy new stickers!
