Only Shell Optimax...Does Cost more but since the car sleeps during the week in the garage its worth it

I thought the owners manual said to use regular IIRC. If that's the case then putting super unleaded does absolutely nothing but waste money. It's not better, or cleaner. The higher octane rating just gives it a higher detonation factor (meaning super takes more pressure / heat to detonate than regular unleaded).
