Thank you! Brings back memories as that was my very first mod...now I'm just hoping it fits on my 102mm throttle body that's on the way!

Grill color
I hope to get some better pics this weekend... So my original intent was to paint the grill grey to match the stripes. But I was on the fence, and the body shop i brought it to recommended to match the black. I like it, but was hoping to make it a little more differential...
Anyone think i should repaint it to match the grey?

Must be nice living in Texas.I live in California and very limited motor mods allowed due to Ca Smog tests. Thank You for sharing your journey.Besides I don't think my wife wants me to soop up our SS to much, because our 25 year old son passed away in his 98Z28 with 518 RWHP.Your car is Bad Ass keep up the great project.Be Safe

Thanks! I certainly didn't have plans to do it in my first year, but shit happens like an arp balancer bolt snap in the crank and you have to do what you have to do . I have to admit, in hind sight it was my favorite costly mistake I've ever made. . My wife thinks I did it on purpose...

How much did the cradle bushings change the handling characteristics on your ride? I'm thinking of doing it but I want to make sure it makes a great difference.

Your build just rocks! It is absolutely stunning.
p.s the wives or gfs will never understand the joys of driving and mods. Take the heat and keep on going! |

As I recall, they aren't very expensive. I bought them 6 months before installing. I recommend if you are racing to buy and then wait for a good reason to drop the cradle. While it is down, install them.
