Dealer Installed Items?

My Camaro is at 3800. I ordered it with Groud Effects. It stated when I ordered that they were a dealer installed item. Does this also mean I will have to wait longer to pick up my car when it arrives? (for the dealer to wait on that item and also install it?)

Also, has anyone tracked a car from the Louisville, KY CSX depot to the Chattanooga or surrounding area? Just curious on travel time?

Thanks

Yes your dealer will install it when it arrives. Should only take an afternoon at the most.

I have no idea about travel time, your car will go from the yard as soon as they have a truck full of vehicles to deliver where it is going. Could be an hour, could be a day or 2.

Are you having them painted or leaving them unpainted?

If your dealer installs them it might be an addtional day to receive your car. This GFX have a very spacific method on how they are applied.

The only thing that would slow the process down is if they were being painted Install is quick and easy takes two hours at most. They come from the factory now without side skirts if ground affects are being installed one less step, and yes dealerships are still installing them if ordered with the package, done with the PDI
