I was trying to hold out till the C7 but this car seems to amazing to pass up. :O. Anyone else waiting on another car and switched to the ZL1?

Sort of. I was waiting for a Z28 but couldn't wait any longer and this fits my needs.

I always wanted a Shelby 427 Cobra, then it went to a Z06 however, the wife wanted something with four seats, so I started looking at the Challenger/Charger...then moved on to the GT500. I never gave the Camaro a thought until one day I just figured I'll ixquick Chevy and looked a the Camaro and noticed a ZL1...now what the heck is this I though to myself.
After reading a little bit about it, and then finding this forum, I said to myself...self you found what you were looking for!
Now if I can only order one!!

I never seen much on the Z28. Is it coming out soon?

Shelby 427 Cobra is so nasty lol. The new GT500 2013 are going te be a nice dragstrip car.

even thought i had my money down since June, I was secretly waiting for the 2012 GSXR1000 (Suzuki motorcycle) to come out. but then I saw that it was nothing new compared to the 2010 GSXR1000 I already had.... So I was full systems go on replacing my 2010 SS

Then as soon as the order was confirmed with GM I sold my car

but that was OVER two months ago!

i am getting tired of waiting just like everyone else (#310 built Feb16th) but there isn't any other car I would rather have (that I can justify owning)

Its crazy for me to think just so that they can have it now... people would switch to something else.

The ZL1 is a toy. not a daily driver or main transportation. At least not for me. Too close to a racecar to be used everyday. if that’s the toy you want. Wait for it. If you thought there was something better why didn't you want/get that one to start with!?!
