ZL1 Smart Phone Entertainment
Although I haven't been able to order a ZL1 YET, I did obtain a brochure, so to past the time/days I scanned the different scan bars in the brochure to watch the testing (QC) of the ZL1.
The 24hr endurance test is the best...they really put the Z to the test with 3 drivers going at the car for 24hrs. So if you're losing Faith, watch some of these tests....(aka QC)

If you have a smart phone download a scanner and scan the different phases in the brochure. They're short video clips of what GM did when testing this car. You can save the video's on your homescreen on your phone so you can view it anytime you like....i.e. when you feel waiting for the QC to be over is taking too long.
The 24hr cumulative endurance test is awesome...try to listen to what they are saying (difficult when trying to watch they drive the car) on thing I heard was..."it's one thing to have a capable track car, but it's another thing to have an endurance track car that can go hard lap after lap." It shows that GM really wants this car to be what the intended buyer is looking for... I say kick back, watch a video or two, and don't sweat the QC...it'll be over before you know it. Try it, you'll like it! |
