Rock hard clutch pedal help.

I have a rock solid clutch pedal.
Things I've tried:
1. Bleed clutch
2. Tick performance clutch line
3. New master cylinder
**Rebled after new installs still rock hard.

I have read on other forums of this happening, but no one has given a good descriptive issue or fix.
Car drove ok before this happened.

Any advise or information would be greatly appreciated.

Stock 1LE and whenever I bleed it I get a good pull of stream from the vacuum pump. The pedal is just rock hard. New line and master.

Not sure. The factory part is plastic and is a known weak part of the clutch assembly. Monster makes theirs from aluminum and it holds up really well. Not sure if anyone makes a steel one.
