So what are we doing for meet up times. Andy & I were going to meet up at Chittenango service area at 8:30 & meet the next group at 9.

We should plan to be at Gate 2 no later than 11:15 to give us time to BS, sign waivers, and herd the cats back to their cars in time for them to take us up to the track.

Poopsy'll be riding with me, the Tesla might run out of electrons before the end of the trip with all the running around and leading the pack around the track.

Is there a group that's going to join on at exit 42? That's probably the best place for me to meet up with you guys - there is a Mobil gas station right across from the exit there.

Google says it's 58 minutes from there to WGI - figure if we met there at 10am and leave by 10:15am we should be in before the 11:15am window at the track. If you guys leave the Warners service area by 9:20am you'd be there by 10am, give us a few minutes to fill up and empty out before heading out the final leg south.

Also - it would be good to get a group text going the night before, just to make sure we're all linked up and can follow along with the schedule as the day develops. Unless somebody else wants to handle that, I can compile the phone numbers and send that out - just PM me your phone numbers and I'll start it up Friday night.

Yes, the Mobil is the meet for both groups coming east and west on thruway. I'll leave to Spike to let everyone know what time

OK, that's what threw me off. You only need one ticket per car, it's not one per person. See, saved you $15 and you haven't even left yet.

I talked to him this morning about that. We should be at exit 42 by 9:15. I can use that extra $15 for karts. Thxs Chris.

Help me out Spike, I'm getting confused as there are a few different times given here. I just wanna be sure we all connect up at the right places at the right times.

What time are you arriving at Warners Travel Plaza, what time are you leaving there, and what time are we meeting at the Mobil, and what time are we leaving the Mobile for WGI?

It's 36 miles from Warners Travel Plaza to exit 42 - if we want to leave the Mobil off exit 42 around 10 am I would think you'd wanna leave the Warners Travel Plaza around 9:15am - figure a half hour up to exit 42. Heading out from the Mobil of exit 42 I would think leaving right around 10am gives plenty of time for the hour drive down to WGI.

I'm open to what-ever, I just want to make sure we have the times nailed down so everybody is on the same page.
