Gears or eaton true trac and cradle bushings?
I just came into a little money. ($1300 from casino) I have a '10 Camaro SS A6 with most major bolt-ons with a dyno tune and toe inserts/trailing arms.
My question is: with this money, should I do "gears" or an "eaton true-trac/cradle bushings" combo first? I can't do all three right now. I basically use the car for occasional bracket racing at the strip. A bucket list deal for a couple years with me. |

If the diff is opening up for the gears anyway, thats the exact time to do the TrueTrac. Do those 2 and the cradle bushings afterward...it will cost less than paying someone to do the diff twice

Agreed. If you have it open and apart itll just be the cost of the gears

thanks Chris49066SS, didn't really think of that. Makes sense!!! It would cost me more in the long run if I did the gears and diff separate. Just need to squeak out some more cash!!!
I remember a guy at the dragstrip earlier this year telling my Dad that you never stop upgrading your Camaro!!! So true!!! |
