The color now shows up on Chevrolet.com and I am not sure I like it.

The 2014 Chevrolet Sonic will be available in new limited-edition colors, including Deep Magenta Metallic, as Chevrolet noted on Monday that pink is "a lasting trend."

It now shows up when you hit "Learn More" on the Camaro section. It is the last color. Looks ugly except in 1LE trim.

I totally agree! I ordered a BRM 1LE and really wish they had a better blue color.

Oddly enough i like that color in Muscle cars... I liked it in the Challenger SRT8... and I think it would look awesome on the camaro in person.... It would be the only one i like the 1LE package in. For some reason i like off the wall colors. And i have always thought Pink sports cars were bad ass they are just Eye Catching (granted most guys see em and think oh thats gay as hell)... But i just enjoy cars that are different. I used to do car shows with my Del Sol and every show i went to the Pink cars always got the most attention. So i think this could be a pretty cool looking car in person .. I seen this color on a Sonic in person when i worked at the dealership and its really nice all shined up

They DEFINITELY need more variety in their color choices. 3 shades of red is way to much... The magenta should replace the Red Rock and let them stick with the Victory Red and Crystal red ... Bring back the Aqua Blue Metallic or even the Kinetic blue as to keep the ABM rare. Bring out the Transformer Yellow Gold color (not the bright yellow). Its oddly appealing but I don't think I could pull it off. Now if they offered a Maroon and Black two tone I would be all over it.

Do not get fooled. That won't be the actual color when you see it in person. Remember how ABM looked like azz in the color charts but actually was way better in person? This is 180 out from that.
