i dont think so. i have a home in TN and the drive way to go up to the house is a 70 degrees angle.

My driveway is as steep as they come. There's scrape marks from delivery trucks scraping
the street as they pull in. My stock SS is just fine going up and down.
I think it would be hard to get a good photo of the angle.

Always TURN INTO a grade like that - never straight into it. That's the only way to ensure you won't scrape the nose - and even then... That said, your driveway doesn't look very steep. Might not have a problem at all driving straight into it.

These cars have had this problem for what - 30 or so years now?

My driveway here is roughly a 45 or better...to the point where I test drove an SS with gfx before ordering to be sure I'd be alright. It made it up just fine, scraped just a little backing it down but that was more my fault. Yours shouldn't have any problem

There looks to be less of an incline from the lefthand side- pull in turning left and there's no way you'll scrape.

BTW- another 1LE owner relates the lower edge of the front splitter is exactly 7" up off the road. No worries .
