relocated the filler neck to the upper hose. going to weld male an fittings on the outlets. going to be 16an lines for those. the fuel cell brackets have nuts welded to them to allow easy install/removal. should be finished within the next week or so then the good stuff starts.

okay, so.... it's been a while since I've updated the thread. I'm picking the car up July 20th so hoping that updates will be more frequent. Im not sure as to where I will be when I pick the car up. he's had the car almost a year and that's long enough for me. hoping to not have to source another shop.

anyways, since the last update I purchased the ms3 goldbox setup and motion raceworks c02 boost control kit. also picked up an android tablet to use the shadowdash app for the dash. will figure out tablet mounting after I have the car back.

got the car back today. happy about some things, mostly upset though... I got home and laid out everything I got back. I'm missing pieces, some of the work I'm unhappy about( such as the driveshaft loop being in the middle of the shaft after telling him numerous times it needed to be within 6 inches of the front joint per nhra rules), bolts were finger loose and almost lost parts on the way home, turbo feed and drain aren't there, missing part of the trans mount. and missing bolt that hold the fender on. so you can be assured that I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.

I'm glad I have the car back and I'm even more glad that I have to tear the car completely apart to put it back together to make sure everything is right.

Wow, that would be hard to take after that long. I’m with ya, I’d be taking it apart as it’s my butt on the line...

Looks awesome...some of the work looked top notch (welding for instance)...

yeah, it's very unfortunate but it's a lesson learned I guess. I'll pay the extra money for a name brand shop from now on.

I'll get some more pics of things over the next few days

after asking on the turbobullet fb page on who they'd recommend for a converter. seems like the concensus was ptc. dusty Bradford specd me a billet bolt together for the build. I was really shocked how loose this converter will be for a turbo car. this thing is gonna fly

also ordered the drain and feed lines for the turbo. will be making those and starting to make the fuel lines after that. from there it will be onto the motor

Tearing things down and putting it back together properly will give you a load of confidence rather than wondering.... I wish the car had been everything you worked for when you got it, but it will be what you want or at least enjoy before long.... I'm impatiently waiting for it to be running.... I've been out of pocket for most of the last year, but I'm making a comeback....
