This broke off my bumper when a rebar pulled on it. What part number is this and is it fixable? Fixing the sideways picture

The bracket part number for the RIGHT side is: GM 92243313 ($17)
The bracket part number for the LEFT side is: GM 92243311 ($17)

I'm not sure if it's fixable or not, it depends on the damage done to the actual bumper cover. It's hard to tell in the pic, but it looks like the bumper cover was the part that actually broke, and these brackets came off with the mounting tabs. If this is the case, a competent body shop may be able to get it resolved, but the worst-case scenario is that you'd need a new bumper cover installed and painted. (GM 22997721 - $399 - unpainted)
