Crank or Cam sensor? VVT doesn't use the Crank sensor.

The connection here at the bottom is for 5 wires on L99. The LS3 only has 3 on harness. Hey do match just do not connect because of other 2 wires that I do not know at the moment what they at for.

I got that part. It's reading the slot numbers where they go. I have the maps and all. Just not too sure where to start counting from.
I only need to pin the the The extra 2 wires from the L99 timing cover connector would go to the camshaft actuator solenoid, which need to be connected to pins 52 and 16 on the 80 pin plug

I can get whatever info you need, but I'm a bit lost on what you need. Do you need the pin locations to the timing cover connector, or to the ECM?

I just figured it out. I just needed to read. I wasn't sure if you only needed to count pin holes to find PIN number on 80 pin plug.

Hope it goes better for you than a few others who did it. I can't imagine it would be that difficult overall as long as you got all of the right parts but for some reason they are not, unless those who have tried to do the swap have forgotten key items electrically with the computers and harnesses.

Seems like this would be very time consuming and difficult to track down everything needed if it's even available.
I was building something on my Camaro and had to contact Standard whom manufactures the female connector on the harness I was working with. They informed me I would have to come up with something because they do not make a male plug for it since the connection was designed to plug into a part on the car with the connector built in. I spent a few hours just trying to source what I needed and it was still a dead end. Haven't given up on my little project though as just like you I'm certain it can be done. It's just going to take a little extra work.
Impressive and props to you, hope you succeed.

What I've done so far was unpin the 5 wire harness plug from L99 harness (no cuts) for cam sensor. Unpinned the 3 wire cam sensor harness from LS3 harness. Plug 5 wire sensor plug into LS3 harness respectively to keep VVT. That way I dint have to cut anything and kept it all clean.

You do realize that if you pull this off you will attain "GOD" status on the V6 forums, right?
