The 305 Goodyear 3R are as wide as a 325 Pirelli TrofeoR... I would say a 325 Pirelli up front would work. I have the 325 Pirelli's at home in the basement as well as the 325 Goodyear 3R. I didn't compare them yet. 305F/325R Goodyears came off this fall with no rub marks on the insides. A 325 Goodyear up front might require Caster/Camber plates.

Much less tram-lining with the Goodyear 3Rs. It's day-and-night difference. It's also quieter.
