I would love to do this to my car, but I just can't do it to the warranty. You guys look very reputable but its not you I am worried about. Something else is GOING to break on this car and as soon as GM sees this beautiful dream of orgasm under the hood there is no way I will ever get it fixed under the warranty :(

There is a level of responsibility that enthusiast need to take with modding their car. I am not saying that you will definitely have problems, that is going to depend mostly on your driving habits and how you maintain the car. If you are truly concerned about your warranty, then I would leave your car 100% stock.

i am right with you going to wait till it over or a decent miles on it before i do this and i could save some extra money for even bigger plans

wow, that is sexy. is the 2300 really necessary??? a 1900 is good to 800hp. doesn't it take more for your engine to turn the 2300 which would actually rob horsepower...

kinda like putting a gt28 turbo on a car whose internals can only take 400, but you make a kit for the car that uses a gt40 turbo

While true, remember every supercharger has a peak efficiency level at a specific boost level/rpm of the rotors ect, while it might be possible to use the 1900 to make the same power, maybe for the boost they want to run the 2300 has a better efficiency curve, making it a better overall choice.

I don't actually know any numbers to substantiate my opinion, so if i'm wrong here, let me know

obviously a larger displacement charger will use less boost to make the same power because it will flow at a larger CFM, and that can be less heat which is what roots style chargers are known for and probably what they are going for here. but it is more expensive for this charger which is useless unless you plan on huge power. i think its over kill for a kit. if it came in stages, this would be a stage 3+, stage 1 and 2 would be the 1900. just because you can do it doesnt mean you should. think nos
