Wheel Advice

Looking for a little advice, I am possibly getting a set of used Niche Circuit rims. Anyone have any experience with the quality of these rims? I want to keep the stock size 20" tire, or very close to stock. What width and offset do I need to stay within so I don't have fitment issues with the aftermarket rims?

Still trying to get details from the owner but the offset is +40 and I think all four are 10" wide. These are 20" rims too.
