I have been under the gun here trying to get ready for winter but the weather has not helped. About two weeks ago we had a wind storm here that brought down a very large tree limb that !sanded on my truck and RV. The truck has $6k in damage and the RV needs a new roof now that will probably be in the 6-8k range. Both have insurance so I now have two claims open they should both be repaired in the next two to three weeks.
I have had nothing but problems with those trees both 40 foot ta!l Bradford pear trees that are too delicate for the climate here so I had both removed. Then we replaced them with new teardrop crab apple trees they will be much sturdier and smaller when mature. So between deductibles tree removal and the cost of the new trees my out of pocket costs are about $2500. I also can't put the trailer in storage until it's fixed and I don't know if the lot I use will have any space by then so it may have to sit in my driveway all winter if I can't find a place to store it. I can't move the Camaro to the other side of the garage with the trailer in the driveway so I have not been able to completely get that stored yet. I should get that done this week while the trailer is in the shop. Also I keep getting random Trigeminal Neuralgia pain attacks to just make life even more difficult. Sorry to vent I am sure there are others worse off than me it's just hard to see it sometimes.

So sorry for your troubles Zandron. Those Bradford pears are a PITA. We had one split in half, come down on wires into the neighbor's house & pull off much of her siding. Our insurance said it was an "act of God" & would not pay. Her insurance had to pay. We felt awful. This was several years ago. We had seen many friends have similar issues so we had a whole row of Bradfords taken out on our property. Hope all your issues are soon resolved & you feel better soon.

Thanks Jan the trailer is at the RV dealer getting repaired I dropped it off Tuesday night. The truck gets dropped off Monday morning. I should be able to get the Camaro put away this weekend. The Neurosurgeon found some more arteries looping my Trigeminal nerve. We are going to try and manage my pain with meds for now. If that does not work I will have surgery again. Have a happy Thanksgiving all.

The NASCAR is going down the drain in my opinion. First the stages, scoring, and the stupid money they are putting on these teams for penalities. They are talking about Kyle Busch with all his wins to Richard Petty. Kyle runs in 3 series. And they keep saying Dale,Petty, & JJ with 7 champion ships each got their titles in the Monster Energy Series.

If they’re trying to gain a competitive advantage by cheating put them at a competitive disadvantage. I think that’s the only way NASCAR is going to stop the cheating. Your thoughts?

I do like them taking a win race away from the team. Also any car that didn't respect the rules should have all their points taken away in any race. Another one If your driving for me and I'm paying you all this money and under contract. You are going to be interviewed no matter what you think happened in any issue when you get out of that car and a mike put in front of you. Your going to stop an be asked questions when asked and not walk away. Only in special casesyou can't. I got to get off here.

Zandron - Hope your luck turns around and you find some relief.
Jan - Glad to hear you are enjoying your new home. Trick and Spike - I have found that I have lost interest in NASCAR. Mainly because of the reasons you have both listed. Richard - Hope you find another great Christmas tree this year. I finally ordered a new Corvette two weeks ago this Saturday. The dealer called me on Wednesday and said that the has been scheduled to be born on December 3rd. That sure seemed pretty fast. My ZL1 took about 5 months after I ordered it (carbon fiber hood was on a constraint). They must not be making very many of them right now. Hope everyone had a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving. John
