Yep, I had all 4 of my ZL1 wheels update to fix the rash. It sucks but very repairable...

Did it on my previous car. Not this one. Does hurt.

The new ones are chrome, I have to be especially careful for repair purposes. As well as practical reasons.

Good luck.

You can do it yourself, it really isn't that hard! Do a search on YouTube and you will find alot of do it yourself help on the process, it just takes a little time and you will be surprised how easy it is. I dropped one of my wheels on a nurled handle breaker bar and it left the imprint of the handle and I was able to get it out and you could never tell it ever happened. You start out with course sand paper and work your way up to fine sand paper and wet sand it. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. BTW, you can do it with the tire on the wheel, just like the pro's.

I feel your pain. I think we have all done it once or twice.

Why repair when you can replace? Now you have an excuse to get rid of those OEM wheels.
