That dealer is a rip off. I believe I've seen the 2010-11 wheel for about $350 or so, and the 2012-13 should be about the same. Of course, the dealer may be quoting a wheel WITH airbag. Those airbags aren't cheap.

If you're just wanting to swap out a stock 2012 wheel for a ZL1, you can use your current airbag.

Never mind. Just noticed you have a 2011. Just get a 2010-11 leather wheel, unless you want to blow a lot of cash.

I actually saw on this site a leather steering wheel with red stitching for 110 . . That's not bad at all. I just like the velvet type material on the zl1 wheel.

You better off taking your steering wheel and getting Alcantera stitched on by a upholstery shop. Much cheaper!!

This guy does BMW wheels with Alcantera for around 175 bucks and they look very professional.

I spoke to him before and he thinks he can do our wheels too. Problem is you need send him your wheel and this is my only car.

This is my daily driver as well, not sure I'd have time for that but it looks awesome! Any idea how easy or hard steering wheels are to install? Should I get it done professionally?
