I know what you mean about not being able to put the mileage on the car that you want.

That aside, sorry to hear you had to let the Camaro go.

Enjoy the new wheels.

I'll race you now. JK. Minis are cool and fun to drive. We've all bit off more than we can chew before. Enjoy it.

Yesterday was the day I got my permanent hand controls installed. I'm in a wheelchair for the peeps that didn't already know that. I'm very happy with the very clean look of the controls.

You'll never get it! Get over it. Everybody is different!!! The OP sounds as if he has "OCDesque" tendencies. I too have them. I bought my SS in 4-2011 brand new. Today it has 5,700 miles on it. It's a weekend, Summer time cruiser. No rain, snow, ice, salt, slop, cinders, etc., etc., etc.. I enjoy the Hell out of this car! When I bought it, I also bought a DD. I have since bought a new DD (2013 Cruze). I understand where the OP is coming from. Drive yours how you want and others will do the same.

I must say that I enjoy the mini as well, are you planning any mods for it yet?

i couldn't drive mine daily and i check the radar to see if there is rain in the area before i drive it and i have even called friends that were in areas i had planed on driving if there was a slight chance of rain in the forecast and i don't typically leave the car unattended when i drive it but its still a stress reliever cause every time i get behind the wheel i turn into a kid again even though i expected more with all the hype. i would get real upset if something happened to it and if someone were to hit me after it was fixed it would be gone and something else would be in the garage

Best of luck with the Mini and may Your Life be more enjoyable

Yup, I use to put my Z on a car lift and I would clean the underside for hours at a time. Of course it would rain the next day for a solid week thus trashing my hard work in cleaning. :(

No time for undercarriage here. Only time to drive.

I thought the rain did clean the bottom of the car.

The day I bought my car it rained on the drive home from the dealership.
