Thank you to you and all of the other members who responded trying to help me.
I disconnected the negative battery terminal just yesterday (Ive been over occupied moving from Canada to America, and into our new home). I left it for about 20 minutes, reconnected and it is now perfect. I wanted to thank all of you for your input, your suggestions and insights, and for your help. C5 is great group.

The car shuddering might be a mis-firing issue.
I assume:
- Loose spark plugs wires (Check them being well inserted from both sides).
- Spark plugs condition.
- Coils

To make your search easier you can connect it to a reader to show which cylinder is mis-firing and start swiping above 3 of the mis-firing cylinder with another one and check if the issue still exists on the same cylinder or a different one
