I've had an inner ear issue and heard yammy first thinking it was an internet hoax.
Turned my head real quick to talk to someone and now all I can hear is laurel. |

Idk how people are hearing yanni, Tried listening at different volumes, From far/near, headphones and its always laurel

It's confirmed the recording is supposed to say "Laurel." The issue arises depending on your level of hearing, the volume, your audio equipment, what you expect the recording to say, etc.
