Yuma - Cocopah Benefit Car Show - Nov 5th 2011

Wanted to get the word out for those in the area, or coming to the area, of the 2nd Annual Cocopah Benefit Car Show on November 5th, 2011 at the Cocopah Casino, Yuma Arizona. This show is open to any and all cars, and also bicycles. This year's event will be supporting a local firefighter who is diagnosed with prostate cancer.



I personally had a great time at last year's 1st annual event and met a lot of great car owners. All proceeds went to benefit a local border patrol agent diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. They had pre-registered just under 100 cars, and on the morning of the event had over 250 cars show up to enter the show. We had 3 5th Gens and 9 older Camaros in the show. Meeting the other 5th Gen owners at the show is what officially kick started our local Yuma 5th Gen Camaro Club.

This sounds like a really good event, and a chance to get out of town and support our sister group in Yuma.

The trophy sponsorship sounds way cool - we can sponsor a trophy for the Best of Show Camaro...I like it!
