GM should not be voiding these warranties. I mean they even tell you change the rear end fluid at 1500 miles if racing. Also long as you have not tuned the car, turbo or supercharge it you should still keep your drivetrain warranty.

This is supposed to be a muscle/sports car.

Man you guys are scaring me with all this warranty voided stuff, mine broke last night and ive never been to the track nor have I launched the car with competive mode.

MINE is .15700 and no problems yet....so are most of these breaking with launch control or normal driving.....I have use LC once and no problems right now.......

it is happening to LS3 camaros.....you can only get it with 6-speed manual tranny.

My car was built late in the week of the M6 "constraint"...vin #26xxx...as far as I've seen, there's been no later vin's with output shaft problems (at least I would hope, because at that point, they knew about the problem).

Yep mine (26642) was built in the week of the tranny output shaft issue as well but didn't get held up in QC as many of the ones built that week. I hope it holds up.

mine didn't get held up either (delivered 10 days after build) which leads me to believe the problem was sorted out (hopefully I'm not putting too much faith in GM).
