LSA conversion ?

Does anyone else offer an 8 rib setup for those that have an SS (2015 1LE) and have had the LSA conversion done? My belt keeps jumping a rib under load on the stock SS 6 rib. I am aware of the ADM 8 rib, but Andy say's he no longer sells it. Any help is appreciated.

6 rib setup. I never had an issue... do you have the right belt length?

ADMs 3 belt setup:

There is a tweak done so you can keep the original ac otherwise, need the zl1 accessories...

Guaranteed this is just a matter of centering the belt on the tensioner and upper pulley

Yep, was hoping the pic would help.

Here is the install guide just in case:

Post a pic of your belt routing and I'm sure someone can verify it...

Here is a side side view, note how the belt is arranged on the pulleys:

Groove on each side of the belt (since these are 8 ribbed pulleys)

When I did my swap, I got the entire front accessory parts from a zl1, zl1 alternator, reused my stock power steering pumpwith a zl1 power steering pump bracket, cut a piece off my driver side valve cover power steering pump would fit correctly, and didn't run ac.

I had this problem too. Running a tighter belt but now I’m getting a squeaking noise (sounds like the idler pulleys). Doesn’t sound like a screeching belt. Anyone have this issue with the adm ldle pulleys?

Theses should help if you need to replace the pulleys:

Thanks for the info. I haven’t had much time to really find the issue. Will try this weekend and update.
