I am still amazed by what I have learned in the process, and by how much I still have to learn... Fortunately there are good (smart) people here on Camaro5 that we can count on once you weed through the extraneous BS...

I've found a core of folks to count on for help and information... but when it comes down to the actual decisions, i count on and trust Corey first and foremost... and I have never thrown the forums in his face... If I see something I don't know about, I'll mention that I saw something and have him explain it to me... He is patient and informative, and doesn't ever patronize me... no matter how dumb the question I come up with is....

We are now the best of friends in addition to the customer provider relationship...

As for the costs.... uhm.... lots....and the only cosmetic mod I have is my rear spoiler...

That sounds like me talking to you about turbos!

I'd never ask you to spill the beans on costs. That's none of my business.

It's a learning process for all of us, and I didn't take any offense to the cost question...

We can speak in generalities in the book....

They call it cubic dollars for a reason...

Actually I haven't been able to launch it at all up to this point... Any decent traction would have left the diff laying on the track in pieces...

As I'm typing this, my car is going on a lift for the install of my Drive Shaft shop nine Inch Kit... We are also going to be upgrading and doing some mods to the trans...

Hopefully within a week or so we will be able to launch it, though there won't be any tracks open... But when they do... I'll be ready to see what she can do... finally...

As she was, 100+ mph burnouts were easy...

100mph burnouts....that's sounds like fun.

GTAHVIT, at 550hp how's your traction issues, my goal is to still have something still "street able" from what I've heard 500-600 at the wheels is still manageable much over that and hooking up becomes a issue.

Setup will determine your hook up. Wheels and tires to suspension and alignment they all have to be balanced. Driving style has a tremendous impact on the ability of a vehicle to put power down at strip, road course or on the street. There are a lot of daily driver's with 5 to 600 RWHP with a lot of miles on them. So when you say hook up do you mean at the drag strip or in 3rd gear blasting down a rural road?
